A multinational company is looking for expert applicants for a special job post.
Following are the responsibilities that applicants must be capable to perform:
→ Analyze the skill gaps and plan the necessary trainings to improve performance.
→ Support and promote cooperation and teamwork among the scrum teams.
→ Work in the creation of operational and strategic high-performance strategies to meet and exceed the expected criteria.
→ Develop programs for talent development for continuous growth.
→ Provide the entire department with a focus on continuously adding finance values.
→ Research training requirements and training topics in collaboration with the management by setting targets.
→ Encourage and motivate a culture of learning and a philosophy of constant improvement.
→ Discover fresh angles and opportunities by outlining the ideal mentality and behaviour.
→ Organize daily stand-ups, retrospective meetings, and sprints.
→ Create, deliver, and track personal performance plans using various parameters to polish the individual and perform beyond the level with the collaboration of the organizational goals.
→ Check that overall performance meet organizational standards, policies and procedures.
Note: Knowledge of software tools will be a plus. It’s a long-term job with a monthly salary.
