Scrub and Skip Trace

I need someone to scrub and run a skip trace on about 1500 names.
You can combine the 2 Linz files in to one.
If there is a duplicate with RHC file and Mark file leave the Mark file intact and move the name, etc. from the RHC file.

If there is a duplicate from the Linz file and Mark file leave the Mark file intact and delete from the Linz file.
