– Knowledge of industry best practices for growing a nurse innovator/creator business. Knowledge monetization on all social media platforms
– Ability to analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and growth adding: SERVICES, PODCAST, and YOUTUBE CHANNEL
– Experience in implementing efficient practices to increase business and revenue
– Excellent project management skills to ensure timely execution of scaling plans
– Excellent communication and follow-up.

The ideal freelancer will have a thorough understanding of operations and logistics and will be able to develop and implement a comprehensive scaling plan within a timeline of 3-6 months.
