Sample Mobile App with Face & Voice Recognition (We also require Half face (sideview face recognition) as well

We are currently interested in the algorithm technology to be added later on in an upcoming app. The sample app that we need at the moment should have the normal face and voice recognition along with the side view face recognition (either the left side of the face or the right side of the face).
We will need an accurate time frame as well as a proper quote in order to proceed with the best candidate.
