salesforce Admin/Developer advisor

Hi, I am trying to apply for sales force jobs. I am looking for advice (experienced salesforce developer/admin) on resume preparation with portfolio project/explanation and real time scenarios to be able to explain in the interview. I am looking for help from 3 to 5 hours ( we may extend based on the need).
