JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

1- call potential shop / business owners and engage with them.
2- Post engagement, convenience with them to register on the business portal.
3- Response quick to assign leads.
4- Work on the lines of highest ethical and standard and as set by the company.

Input Matrix

1- 9 hours shift and 6 days working in a week.
2- Deliver 5.5 hours of total talking and 4 hours of connected talktime on a daily basis.
3- Archive merchant onboarding target on a month basis.

Requirements

1- Any graduate/ Post graduate.
2- Proven experience of at least 6-8 months in outbound calling, telesales experience.
3- Proficient in HINDI and ENGLISH/ Negotiate pitching and dealing with clients.
4- Multi discipline continuous learning mind set
5- Customers focus with good convincing skills.
6- Immediate joiner
