Role
We are looking for high-performing SDR(s)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
• Utilise existing network of contacts
• Identify new opportunities by identifying key target accounts
• Execute and follow sales cycle to complete a deal
• Adopt various techniques to garner the attention of the brands
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed time
• Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in the Bitrix CRM system

Communication:
• Understanding the potential customers and their needs ahead of presentations
• Confident presentation of the benefits of product placement
• Adaptability within various countries, regions and cultures
• Establishing and developing positive business relationships with customers

To work with a team:
•Work as member of team to achieve deadlines and sales targets
• Self-discipline: organizing your work and lifestyle, prioritizing tasks for the day/week; figuring out what needs to be done and then getting it done
