Responsibilities and Duties:
The job requires standing for extended periods of time. Customer service is an essential part of the job. Greeting customers while being friendly and guiding them through transactions is extremely important. Some tasks include responding to emails, scanning documents, sorting mail, taking passport photos, packaging items, Notarizing documents. Must be computer literate and willing to learn. New employees receive on-the-job training in all aspects of the job directly from the owner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any previous customer service experience is strongly encouraged. Applicants must have good typing skills. Answering emails, typing word documents, and guiding customers through transactions are every day tasks. Applicants with Notary Public licenses may start at a higher hourly rate. Applicants with a fingerprint roller certificate start at a higher hourly rate. Employees must be able to become a Notary Public and have a clean background.’
