SAAS repairs managment with ticket and download data from api

I need a SAAS system that will have the following functions:
1. SERVICE REPAIR FUNCTION
– repair card associated with the customer
– repair description
– category
– adding repair costs
– automatic mail to the client
– adding files to the repair card
2. TICKET SYSTEM
Standard system for handling e-mails through a ticket
3. INCLUDING THE BASELINKER API
It is to download customer and order data from baselinker (api description: https://api.baselinker.com/)
The system is to be made available in the SAAS formula.
In the future, I will want to develop the system with new functions.
