S0 Input / output Test Device

IEC62053-31 describes test procedure for S0 input and S0 output devices test setup.

Build an altium designer based design for input test device (board connector, Rotary switch, 3 resistors, banana connector for power supply) and output test device (board connector, resistor and banana connectors for power supper supply / voltage meter). Schematics and pcb needed.
