Rural cooperative

In my vilage we are forming a cooperative, where villagers would deposite money on daily basis to buy a farming instruments and any need for their household and firm. Some might also be interested to lend money for crop seeds and other needs. They will pay a certain amount as repayment. The cooperative will charge interest for the purpose. the casher who is collecting the money will receive a percentage of the deposit and repayment. This is the outline. Whole project must be designed using html, jquary, css, php, mysql database.
