Run Google CPI Ads for my Crypto App

I am looking for an experienced professional to help me run an effective Cost-per-Install (CPI) ad campaign on Google Ads for my crypto app. The ad budget I am allocating to this campaign is between $200 and $500, and I would like to target CPI Ads in Nigeria.
