Ruben Automotive (prototype vehicle)

I am looking to put together an experienced team to build a prototype vehicle. I only have the concept idea on paper and am looking to bring it into reality. The plan is to go from prototype to complete production vehicle. The team also be used as part of my pitch to raise funding for this project.
