Responsive Website UI for Dental

I’m looking to hire an experienced web developer to create a vibrant, responsive user interface (UI) for an upcoming dental site. The UI must incorporate forms and buttons, sliders and account logins, and maps and product list views. While I have a clear direction for the design, I won’t be providing visuals for it.
