respond to civil lawsuit

being sued in ca district court for slander
need to file a response and challenge jurisdiction and other issues to get it removed from federal court asap
or at least buy time to come up with funds for trial defense
he claims we are agents of aps and that’s how he is trying to group us within his suit against the county and adult protective services
