Residential building design

I need a modern design for a 4 and 1/5 floor residential building. (30×22m) I’m looking for a modern design with with: 2 apartments in each floor, 1 Large apartment in the 4th floor connected to the roof for a small garden, and 1 apartment in 1/2 the roof. Thank you
