Residential Architect Needed

Modify a floor plan that I will provide ( close example attached ) and provide full architectural drawings with material list. Open to discussion regarding heating and A/C location. Want efficiency but mindful of expense. Drawing to include in-floor heat with a/c ducting below slab, or conditioned space in attic/second floor. Also to include electrical, plumbing. Exterior walls 2X6’s, interior non load bearing 2X4’s. Interior wall finishing not required but account for Kitchen other cabinetry.
