– Proven experience managing end-to-end email marketing initiatives

– Build and execute email campaigns from the scratch

– Be responsible for data verification and cleansing

– Should be able to setup Email Marketing Automation Flows

– Hands-on experience in engaging and analysing the performance of a large email marketing database

– Should have experience working with HTML, CSS and report generation

– Experience in A/B testing which includes testing of subject lines, message content, and CTAs, intended to drive performance lift.

– Should have proven experience working with email provides like Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or other similar providers

– Hands-on experience in executing segmentation, delivering specific messages to targeted audiences based on behaviour

– Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from partners and competitors brands to gain insights on best practices

– Collaborate with the content and graphic designers to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices

– Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and perform against KPI goals

– Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., CAN-SPAM)

– Must have ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts

– Should have strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment

– Should have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

– Excellent coordination skills to work with partners

– Proven experience in building email list building
