Repairing and upgrade website

Hello dears,

I want to make a refresh of my website ( www.piscinedesign.ro), is in wordpress , witch is realy bad now and need some refresh, some phots is not showed, cleaning from google database and re-index it, check if GDPR and cookie is on or what is necessary to be secure and sure+ chek for all functionality(for example i cannot make google ads right now) and upgrade with english language and + one video at the final with how to add new photos on it and how to add Seo articles.

Right now hosting provider is trying to cleanup for viruses,

I want imediate start for remake and fast delivery(until this weekend)
