rendering 3d viewer from large obj files (I need cesium js , three js developer )

We create 3D models from photogrammetry and want to display these online for our clients, in a similar way to google earth (on a small scale).
Simple manipulating controls, rotate and fly over preferable.
We can format the models into almost any format (obj etc).
Attached is a low res simple version.
We have plenty online resource and an operating database that can handle how the files are stored, we need the final front end which displays and controls the file.
I think it will be possible using three js or cesium js
I will explain more details via chatting
this is long term project.
