Rename Tool for Anime, Movies, Series — 7

Hello, i´m looking for a programmer to write an rename tool to rename Animes, Series and Movies.

My Requirements are:

-rebuilt app like https://www.filebot.net/ and https://www.danhinsley.com/ (MetaX)
-easy license system, username/email and password or a reg file?
-for Windows (With a proper installation routine and as an .exe file!!)
-python, no pyqt or similar -modern GUI and (CLI) Command Line usage, powerful and full-featured cmdline interface and scripting interface for any kind of automation
-source code !! (properly documented)
-Naming Synthax: https://www.filebot.net/naming.html
-expandable
-API usage -option for (hidden) autostart
-add presets, preset for e.g. emby/plex/kodi….
-Create compatible .nfo Files for Emby,Plex,Kodi(previously xbmc)
-move files after rename to predefined path
-Fetch Anime,Series,Movies info from https://myanimelist.net/ https://anidb.net/, https://anilist.co/, https://myanimelist.net/ https://www.imdb.com/, https://www.themoviedb.org/, https://www.tvmaze.com/, https://thetvdb.com/, https://theposterdb.com/, https://www.movieposterdb.com/,OFDb.de

-Supports language preferences for series and episode titles
