Remove Carpet and Padding

The carpet is stained VERY significantly with feces and urine. The stench is very significant in the apartment. The approximate size of the areas are 13×21, 13 x 12 and 13×11 feet (these are approximate). There is a place for disposal on site. Most of the furniture has been removed. There is a loveseat, a small tv on a stand and a queen bed to my knowledge. You can see the level of stain in the attached pics and the ease to pull up the carpeting. Please advise on your price to do the work.
