I am looking for a remote virtual assistant to handle various tasks related to sales receptionist duties. The ideal candidate should have experience in the industry and be able to work more than 20 hours per week.

Tasks include:

– Answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
– Answer customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat.
– Coordinate events and meeting arrangements for the sales team.
– Other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
– 1+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent customer service skills.

The virtual assistant should be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication skills are a must, as they will be the first point of contact for our clients.
