Relational Database Design

I am looking for an experienced developer to design a relational database for my project and submit a report. The database will be built using the MySQL platform, and will have an initial scope of purely design. The database schema must be tailored to my project’s specific needs and optimised for performance. I will not require any additional services, such as data migration or integration. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they are knowledgeable in database design and design optimisation methods.
