CRM Workflow Automation

1 Create a CRM workflow similar to the CRM workflow in the video. See the attached file.

2 The workflow will be capable of: SMS, email, power dialing, and RVM, using contact data that consists of up to 5 property addresses, 5 phone numbers, and 5 emails, for each ‘primary’ contact, and each of the additional 5 contacts per record. The CRM is capable of these functions.

3 I’ve attached a sample data file with the headers that will be used.

4 This CRM project is due in 7 Days.
