recognize specific words or specific images on my computer screen — 2

I would like someone to make a software for me in VB6 (No other languages please. If it cannot be done in VB6 then VB.Net will be okay.). The software should be able to recognize specific words or specific images on my computer screen (while the program runs with the program window minimized). It should then be able to position the mouse over those words or images and click the mouse. It should allow me to do a right click or a left click on the mouse. It should also allow me to do a double click on the mouse. The software should also be able to take screenshots from the computer screen and recognize when the screen has changed compared to the previous screenshot. I will need you to provide me the full source code. It must work with Windows 7 64-bit Home Edition. Please see the additional specs attached.
