Rebuild an existing website on a subdomain

Hello,

We have an online training academy and we need to rebuild the website from scratch on a subdomain with some improvements for the cart, checkout, profile for users, and full speed optimization.

The main domain would contain just some simple pages to describe our courses and services but we need to transfer all processes to the subdomain (membership area, courses area, store …)

For example:
bluehost.com

when you click on login the URL becomes:
my.bluehost.com

https://esilkroadacademy.com/

The main plugins we use:
– WooCommerce
– LearnDash
– Elementor Pro
– WProcket

The improvements we need:
– Activate add to cart (right now when you try to buy it redirects you to checkout directly)
– Cart icon (dropdown) in the header
– After clicking the add to cart button, redirect to cart
– When click checkout, required info: name, email, phone (in phone field we need auto-generation for country code depending on IP address)
– Some customization in cart and checkout (show product Thumbnail in the cart and checkout page) + (simple and nice way to show PayPal and stripe)
– Customize emails when checkout completed and reset password email
– when checkout for members don’t ask for known info – (direct buy)
– customize the profile for users (it’s existing but just need a choice to add user’s photo and additional details)
–  show certificates in my account (from LearnDash)
– create notifications inside the website for registered users (we need to send any notification to members)
– when someone adds a product to the cart, send a reminder by email after a while to buy
– when a user is registered add data to the Mautic database (email marketing software – hosted by us) automatically
– full speed optimization

all improvements should be mobile friendly
