Real Estate Virtual Assistant/Personal Assistant

Hello, and thank you for your interest in this role! I am seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to assist with both the operational and administrative tasks of my real estate business.
As my virtual assistant, your role will be multifaceted, providing key support not only for the business side of things but also for personal tasks and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary point of contact on all email and text exchanges with clients, other real estate agents, contractors, and vendors. You’ll need to be proactive, professional, and personable.
–Coordinate and manage the acquisition of real estate listing pictures, ensuring all photos are high quality and properly represent the property.
-Schedule inspections and maintain regular contact with contractors, ensuring all repairs and renovations are completed in a timely manner.
-Order inventory online and maintain up-to-date records of purchases and deliveries.
-Coordinate and manage direct mail marketing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of neighborhood market reports via mail and email.
-Facilitate regular posts on various social media channels, increasing our online presence and market reach.
-Oversee the placement and maintenance of real estate signs at listings and ensure their prompt removal post-sale.
-Organize my personal and professional calendars, ensuring no conflicts arise and that my time is efficiently utilized.
-Input new listings into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), ensuring all data is accurate and current.
-Handle all docusign tasks and making sure that everyone has signed
-Potentially helping design thumbnails for youtube videos and being in contact with our video editor for youtube videos.
Key Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
Proficiency in common office software, including Google Suite, and real estate specific tools like MLS systems.
