Real Estate Twitter Bot

Scraping a logged in brivity.com webpage for new property listings in a predefined geographic area, and posting them to a dedicated twitter account. Needs to be able to run 24/7 on a server without interruption, and implement a basic health monitoring system to alert the adminstrator remotely (e.g. email) if the service experiences any issues. The entire system needs to be self-contained to run in a single cloud server instance.
