React Native data set change.(from API to manual data)

I have a simple React Native app where, data is fetching from API, but i want to change the data source. I want to create a data set in the app manually and fit the layout.

1. Task must be done via desktop remote.
2. Adding local image and fixing layout. When i keep adding items on the screen, i don’t see other items and the bottom menu bar goes all the way down. I cannot scroll the screen.
