React Native code to block calls from a specific number – for Android & iOS

I am looking for a developer to create Android, iOS, and React Native code to block calls from a specific number. The project requires no user interface but should send SMS notifications when a call is blocked (SMS should be sent via the user’s SIM). The ideal candidate should have experience in mobile app development and call blocking features.
