Raspberry Pi- IR transmit and receive

1. Need to configure my Raspberry Pi 4 device to perform IR Transmit & Receive using a connected BreadBoard circuit. Necessary components will be provided.

2. The set-up must be able to create a IR Remote Configuration file for my remote which can be used later to blast the IR keys when required.
