Rails Frontend Contractor Needed

We have a Rails application (now Rails 6) that has been maintained since 2014. The front-end of this application is a combination of backbonejs, Angularjs, and plain javascript/HTML5.

As an immediate goal, we would like to completely remove backbone.js from this application. There are approximately 20 screens that will need to be converted (either to Angularjs or to plain HTML5/javascript) before we can remove the backbone.js.

If our work experience goes well, we have other goals once backbone.js is removed:
• Moving us from sprockets to webpacker
• Evaluating frontend options (upgrade to Angular?, move to React/Ember?)
