Quoting Software

I am looking for a developer to create a desktop application for my quoting software project. The software should have intermediate features, and integration with other software/services is required. Mainly Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

The software will include a database of products from various brands with item descriptions and prices. Which should be easily selected to be generated into a PDF file.
With fillable information fields like:
“Project Name,” “Architect,” “Engineer,” “Date,” and “Quote #.”
And customizable “Tags” for each item in the body of the quote.

From there, the hope is to be able to quickly find the quotes generated by searching via engineer or other information input.

The ideal candidate should have experience in desktop application development and be able to deliver a user-friendly and efficient software solution.
