Quickbooks and PayPal automation of sales and payments in Woocommerce

we have woocommerce website that has paypal as payment gateway and quickbooks is integerated to sync inventory and sales.

we want some rules created to make it more automated… rules so that it matches the sales in quickbooks. also a rule where the paypal processing fee is deducted automatically.
