Quick PowerBI Dashboard

I am looking for a freelancer to create a Quick PowerBI Dashboard for me. The dashboard will be using data from Excel/CSV files. I have a clear idea of the visual layout that I want for the dashboard. The key metrics that I want to be displayed on the dashboard are operational metrics.
