QR code application for web app

Hello, I’d like to create QR code application secured which could work with my existing payment gateway. My system make payment of events tickets. Once ticket is purchased this one is sent to client email including a QR code. But I’d like this QR code should be read by men who manage entrances during events. I’d like you to create a mobile application which could check QR codes provide by clients
