Pytorch – Implement existing codebase and expand on it

Hello,
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning developer to help with our 3D project. The immediate tasks are as follows with additional tasks once these are done:

1) implement the Deep Cage codebase found here: https://github.com/yifita/deep_cage
We are looking to create a proof of concept and to see if this codebase can accomplish some 3D tasks we are looking to achieve. Your goal will be to get the codebase working as provided on the github link above.

2) Once done, the next task will be to implement a custom 3D dataset we will provide, instead of using the default dataset provided by the paper.

3) Once the above works well, we will look to continue the work by expanding on this project with more tasks — specifically around deforming meshes.

You must be comfortable in working with 3D data + files as the entire project revolves around deforming 3D meshes.

We are looking to get this done as soon as possible so an immediate start to the project is necessary.
