python web scraping

Looking for expert developer to scrape two websites (similar/same data), put data into database. Also need to set up alert system to send email for certain conditions. Need to also create alert system for failure to scrape either of the two sources.

Prefer to use python so can be easily monitored/edited/understood. Should scrape every hour and update database. Alerts should be sent at 12:01 UTC at beginning of new day.

Can lead to additional work and long-term partnership/work. Finance, Crypto experience preferred
