Python Script to open videos

I need a python script that reads a proxy list from a txt file and open a youtube URL.

There is no need for a graphical interface, it can be done by configuration file.

To deliver the project, I need us to do a test.

I have an elite proxy list, but it is always necessary to release the source ip on the dashboard, so the test will be done online.
