I’m looking for an experienced programmer to create a chatbot using Python and chatgpt api. that is capable of reading PDF files.

The chatbot should be able to have an open-ended conversation, without the need for natural language understanding capabilities.

This chatbot should have the capability to take commands from external applications. The deliverables should include the source code, user manual, and API documentation. Timeframe for the project is 1 week.
