Python image recognition system

I require a simple mobile app being created in Python, Kivy. I need for the app to allow a user to upload any picture of a football pitch that has players in it. The app should then carry out object detection and accurately detect the players within the image. It should also accurately detect between the players using the colours of their kits. It should then label each player as team 1 or team 2, depending on the colours. This should work for all colours and any players image the user uploads. The user should then be allowed to save the image to their gallery. The UI for the mobile app should be simple to use but appealing and a good looking app. I also require for all the code to be well commented, explaining how everything works as well as a text file that explains how the app works.
