PySimplegui

I need to create a gui using PySimplegui. The gui looks like a table, which reads numpy array files and takes input texts for inputs, and by clicking on a button at the end of each row, a function is called. There would be a button which can call the function for each row. The function will be provided

There would also be two buttons at the bottom of the table like gui, which can delete or add row.

There would be two tabs in the main window, one for the above demand, and the other one is for future extension.

There would be a slider on the right hand side when the window can not display all the rows

There are some specific requirements in the attached file, please read before bidding.

My preference is using PySimplegui
