Puppy Friendly Practice

I am looking for someone to customise a WordPress theme that I have purchased from Theme forest to my WordPress website. I know how I want it laying out and have the main content/ menus written already just not got the time to build the website. It is quite a simple design as mainly acting as a front page to our membership hub which will be accessed by a login/register button on the top header. The membership area is currently being designed under a subdomain by someone else so I just need the front end of the website doing as soon as poss.

I am using the Roger Pet Care word press theme from themeforest. It is installed ready to be customised.
