Pull up Banner Design

I am looking for a graphic designer that can design a pull up banner. I have the basic design layout, I just need it professionally done. It needs to look classy. PS – I don’t wish to supply hi res images. If I do that, I may as well design it myself. I don’t want too. Thank you for your time and consideration with this project.
