PRTG + Cisco Meraki monitoring app

Need: Monitoring application that allows to controls whether or not a Cisco Meraki Wifi access point is operating.
Network configuration: Internet Service Provider (ISP) connection, SNMP (PRTG monitoring) —> Cisco Meraki wifi access point (Meraki network monitoring). —> final user free WiFi
Estimated access points: 1000 (initial phase 1)
The MVP software should be capable of show whether the ISP connection and/or the Cisco Meraki access point is failing (a very basic check 0-1, true/false, whatever). There possibilities are; ISP OK + Cisco Meraki OK // ISP OK + Cisco Meraki NOK // ISP NOK + Cisco Meraki OK // ISP NOK + Cisco Meraki NOK.
A possible solution may be by developing 2 APIs, with PRTG and Cisco Meraki Network and merge the input data into a single Database and frontend monitoring interface, or whatever the best solution the developer finds.
