Property manager

We are in need of a reliable and experienced property manager to help us manage our residential property. Our requirement involves managing both tenant acquisition and maintenance and repairs. As a property manager, you will be responsible for promoting our rental properties, screening and selecting tenants, handling tenant maintenance issues, collecting rent, and making sure all the legal filings related to the property are completed.

We are looking for someone who has the skills and experience necessary to effectively manage all aspects of our residential property. You should at the very least have a good understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations, as well as good communication skills. We are also seeking someone who has a thorough knowledge or experience working with tenants.

Apart from tenant management, the successful applicant should be comfortable taking care of the maintenance and repair of the property. This will include a wide range of tasks such as repairs and upkeep of the building, equipment, and other issues such as plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, etc.
