Description:

KeyOrent is a cloud-based that helps Landlords to list their properties online, get renters, and manage their tenants, and for tenants it helps them to quickly be in touch with their landlord or property management company, pay rent online and manage their renter portfolio.

The software will be built and delivered as a Web Platform (cloud-based) and mobile via an IOS & Android application, 1 for landlord 1 for Tenants.

will have the general information about the service showcasing and focusing more on the Landlord part and giving details about how easy it will be for them to use the service

For landlord Menu
This menu will go in deeper to explain how the software will work for all landlords and property manager or anyone with the building to put for rent in a real estate industry

For Tenants
This section just like the one for the landlord will help tenants to understand how advantageous it will be for them to use the service we offer and how easy and time-saving they’ll get by doing so.

This section or menu will explain to both cases scenario how the platform can leverage and make things easier for them to and a daily basis

Pricing
The pricing section will display the price to pay to use the service or the platform.
The will be a monthly price than an annual price
Price will vary based on how many units and property a manager would like to rent out. Other parameters will be given later on to create a better pricing table.

This section will help users to contact the company for any questions or request

Login/signup
They are reserved only for landlords who would like to use the service. The landlord will be able to create an account or sign in if he already has one.

Tenants will not be able to create an account unless he receives an invitation from the landlord via a link that will direct him/her to the property unit he is trying to rent. After receiving that link he will then be invited to create an account by filling in all the required information.
