Proof-read and correct the attached file (Native English Speakers Only)

I have 500 words of write up (attached to this job description) which I would like to be proof read by a native English speaker ensuring that:

1. The sentences are grammatically punctuated correctly and are very coherent, and engaging.
2. The overall style of writing is consistent and the write up is concise.
3. Clumsy sentences are replaced with ones that are highly engaging with a lot of punchy/action words, and are straight to the point.

This is a relatively simple project and so would be expecting to entertain bids from proven and engaging writers with a native command of English.

This is an urgent project and needs to be awarded and performed expeditiously. Turn around time for this is 1 hours max ($ 5 max pay).

For the final submission, I require both the clean version and the version with tracked changes.
