Project proposal for treatment of spent caustic plant

I am proposing a project to investigate and analyze the cost-benefit of a potential new plant that will treat spent caustic material. The purpose of this proposal is to present to management and seek their approval for the project. To ensure successful completion of the project, chemical engineering expertise is required. In addition, I estimate that the timeline for completing the treatment project to be less than 6 months.
